We now have temperature controlled insulated fermenters.
This will allow us to control the fermentation process, giving us the ability to reproduce our beers more consistently.
Another investment has been with a bigger heat exchanger, which allows us to speed up the cooling of the wort during transfer to the FV's.
Our long term aim is to continue slowly building our family business, making us more sustainable whilst still promoting the local identity and quality East Anglian traditional ales that we brew.
